Gariep Dam

This is the largest dam in South Africa. If the dam wall were to break, it would flood most of the free state province. Apparently you can do a tour through the dam wall and see them opening the flood gates. Also, interestingly, the dam wall contains skeletons of workers who died on the job while the concrete was being poured. Creepy hey.
